Requirements to Get Started

Before applying, your agency must have:

  • A qualified licensed mental health professional (LP, LICSW, LPCC, LMFT) who has completed the ARMHS pre-requisite training.
  • An administrative staff member who has also completed the ARMHS Information Seminar. Both trainings must be completed and current at the time of application submission.

Timeline

After an initial consultation, onboarding typically starts within 48 hours. Most applications are completed within 8 months, though some may experience delays depending on DHS processing times or legal clarifications.

  • Professional: $17.17
  • Rehab Worker: $13.51

Basic Living Skills (Group) - H2017 HQ (15 min): $7.92

Community Transition Support (TCL):

  • Professional: H2017 U3 (15 min): $18.02
  • Rehab Worker: H2017 U3 HM (15 min): $13.15

Environmental/Community Intervention:

  • Professional: 90882 / $51.11
  • Rehab Worker: 90882 HM / $36.51
  • Certified Specialist (TCL): 90882 U3 / $48.68

Mental Health Assessments:

  • Non-physician: H0031 / $82.44

Medication Education:
